Make a budget you can spend each shopping trip on 72 hr kit items and go through 1 -10. Poly canteens, 1 quart*. Water purifier and extra filters*. Water bag, nylon*. Water bag liners, plastic*. That is ok. This also serves the purpose to use what you have and replish food and water supplies with fresh ones. Review March's Goal for getting your 72 hour kit put together. Consider getting more prepared from the long list offered there, if you have already prepared from the short list.
