Sunday, January 10, 2010. So my dears, we have stepped into a new decade. How do you feel? I feel superb. The energy is wonderful. Thus far I have lost 1 whole pound. HA! What a joke right? I was feeling really discouraged until I decided to have my mom measure me again. In just a week I have lost a total of 5 7/8". We both were shocked by that.
