What an adventure my family lives. We started out in Michigan and soon found ourselves living the good life in Kodiak, Alaska. After four beautiful years on the Emerald Island we were transfered to Savannah, GA. Our time in Savannah was short lived but during the year there, I fell right in love. Currently, we are in Avon Lake, Ohio. It's a short 20 minute drive outside of Cleveland and is quickly growing on us.

Tuesday, April 14, 2015. The kids and I took a trip to the local animal shelter to volunteer to walk dogs. I'm on the weekly allergy shot schedule and dogs and cats are part of the many allergies I have so, that limits me to what animals we have in the house. Anyway, the day we volunteered was a few days after "Katrina" arrived. Katrina is a 10 year old rottweiler who was dumped at the local "kill" shelter because her family got a puppy for Christmas. Sunday, April 12, 2015. It's official. Joshua is now taller than me. He is also wearing a mens size 11 shoe! We had a successful basketball season this year. Joshua even sank a three pointer at one of the games. Look at this handsome man dressed up for a band concert! Heading to Savannah for Spring Break.
