Sara's mom probably made this from scratch with homemade stock and she certainly didn't use frozen pre-seasoned potatoes but I have made some adjustments because I am a truly lazy cook. The former is simpler but the latter is more bite sized). Cut out the seeds and ribs (the more you leave the spicier it will be), stuff with cream cheese. These were really, really good and should you ever not want to run out to the store, and instead, commit yourself to making a giant mess and doing a lot of work for hamburger buns, I would suggest this. 1 1/2 cups warm water. Continue adding flour and kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic. Let dough rise in a greased, covered bowl until doubled. (Usually, about an hour.) Uncover bowl; sprinkle in a little more flour and knead again.
