Παραδοσιακό χοιρινό με πράσα σαν ζωγραφιά. Το χοιρινό με πράσα στην κατσαρόλα δεν ήλθε στο τραπέζι μας κατευθείαν από το πάνθεον της γαστρονομίας, αλλά από τον διατροφικό πολιτισμό ανθρώπων των χωριών της Βορείου Ηπείρου που τα μετρημένα αγαθά τους τα. Στο τραπέζι προστέθηκε στο τέλος και μια ακόμη, ιδιαίτερη, παραδοσιακή, πινελιά, που έφερε ο ζωγράφος Δημήτρης Μπέζας. Αυθεντική φέτα που έπηξε η μητέρα του στο Καναλάκι της Πρέβεζας. Nικος Γ.
