The underpass at the north end of Elmer’s Twomile Park, just behind our house, is flooded. We found out Marty’s parents had been fighting rain waters all day in their basement, trying to stay ahead. In the next 24 hours they would be up every hour, on the hour, to sop up the latest seepage. The last shot of our basement before the carpet came out.
