Welcome to the Ancillary Genetic study to the Atenolol vs. Losartan clinical trial website. The Pediatric Heart Network. And the National Marfan Foundation. Are conducting a primary research study that compares Losartan to the beta-blocker Atenolol. The results have the potential to benefit the Marfan community by identifying patients highly likely to respond (or not) to specific interventions. Multiple centers across the United States and Belgium are participating in the study.
