My tummy is full but my mouth is still watering from the lingering aroma in my tiny apartment. 1 package frozen spinach (the kind that are around $0.89). Sea Salt, Cracked Pepper, Cayenne to taste. 2 tiny onions, or 1 small (about 3 Tbs full chopped). 1 Tbs olive oil. Saute garlic, onions in olive oil. (I use a teflon pan so I can use less olive oil). Add sea salt, pepper, dash of cayenne.
