The Gottschalk Online Family Reunion. Friday, March 11. Okay, so I rarely post recipes here, but I just. To share this yummy one for the crock pot. Even Jackson loved it. He bypassed the garlic cheddar biscuits I made to have more stew (and he adores biscuits). Please keep in mind that it does have a little "bite" to it, but you can adjust the seasons, as desired. (Plus, the "bite" wasn't any deterrent to the one-year-old, so come on, you can handle it! BTW, I love parentheses! Green Chile and Pork Stew.

The Gottschalk Online Family Reunion. Tuesday, December 6. A Day in the Life. Here is a short synopsis of what Jackson accomplished before noon the other day, and the reason we had to leave the house for the rest of the time before his nap. Broke a candlestick. Thought it was funny. Threw about two cups of cheerios all over the kitchen floor and stepped on each on individually instead of picking them up. Found the girls' Halloween candy stash and free-fed for 15 minutes while I was showering.

The Gottschalk Online Family Reunion. Monday, November 7. The night before Halloween, we carved pumpkins with the girls. Jackson was not too interested, so we just let him be. He did have a pumpkin, and I suppose next year, we'll have three jack-0-lanterns. But this year, we left one pumpkin uncarved. So, I really didn't plan ahead on costumes other than grabbing a tiger costume at Costco a few weeks ago when Jackson practically pulled it off the rack and I decided I could check one more thing off my list.
