We had a fun 4th of July weekend - a Nashville Sounds game, family golf night, and a fun day swimming and then fireworks at night! At the new park - it's awesome! They got on the Jumbotron :). Kevin, Shellye, Graham, Luke, and Carter. Monday, March 23, 2015. Spring Break - a wedding and the beach. Yahoooo . spring is here! We had an AWESOME spring break. We started out with family coming to town for a family wedding, and all had a blast being together. Then my parents took me and my boys plus Walt to Sea Island and Kevin joined us for the second half of the week. Sunshine and chill time with little to no agenda did my heart good :). The kids were fired up to be invited to the wedding.

Our friends, Micah and Brit, got married in Savannah, GA this past weekend, and a big crew of us from Nashville decided that we MUST leave our kiddos behind and go :) We even decided that we needed to go a day early and enjoy a night in Charleston. All I can say is that it was EPIC! We arrived in style, mainly due to Mr. Mac. Drinks at Market Pavilion. The Bar at Husk . late night. My man is H.O.T. The weather ...

We had great weather, great food, and a really awesome time being together :). One happy Lukey :). And one silly Carter ;). Out to dinner at the Surf Hut. All our boys LOVED riding the big waves on boogie boards. Saturday, July 12, 2014. Kevin, Shellye, Graham, Luke, and Carter. Sunday, August 30, 2015. We took the boys on a fun-filled weekend trip to Atlanta to wrap up summer - we all had a BLAST! Lunch at Steak-n-Shake on the way. 1st stop - Legoland Discovery Center. Carter found his building :). The kids had a ball. Putting together lego sets in the hotel the next morning. Our room was on the top floor! A fun morning swim. Then on to the Coke factory. Luke's dream - tasting as much Coke as he wanted. A quick snack at the Varsity.

I told the boys that we will be stopping by LOTS . I think they'll be just fine with that - let's just hope we don't end up in the ER. Standing in front of our future fireplace. Kevin, Shellye, Graham, Luke, and Carter. Friday, August 7, 2015. We chose Colorado as our destination for our anniversary trip this year and had an absolute blast! So thankful for grandparents, aunts, and uncles who took care of and played with our boys . they apparently had so much fun that they asked if we could move to Memphis :). We flew into Denver and spent our first night with my cousin, Rebecca. Her husband, Mac, graciously gave Kevin his first taste of Pappy :). Pulling into the Broadmoor.

Dressing like superheroes and building tall towers :). Watching the progress of our house. Getting in the deep end of our pool. Hanging out in the dumpster! Snacks and Bet Bet came to town. Dinner out at Martin's BBQ. Bet Bet and all the kiddos on a cold walk through Cheekwood. We got a big snow. Fun with cousins in the snow. Blogs I love to read.
