We had a splendid Turkey-day visit with Grandma and Grandpa. A whole week of full-time twin-sitting was hard work for us all. Holiday highlights included a ride on the Amtrak train to Davis, a trip to the Sacramento Train Museum, and the Science Museum in Davis. Here is Casey checking out Grandma’s turkey spread…. November 19, 2009. Casey and Finn are coming up on 17 months now. I think we’ve decided to keep them. They have a handful of words in their vocabulary now, far too few to express their fervent opinions and desires, so there is still plenty of crying! We are all getting ready for a trip down to Phoenix to visit Grandma Ryan and Dawn next week. Enjoy your holiday! Here’s some random picts:. December 3, 2009. We had a wonderful time in Phoenix for Thanksgiving. Finn and Casey loved seeing their Grandma Carol, Mike, Aunt Dawn, and cousins Jordyn and Andrew. We were all fighting a bad cold, but managed to have a nice visit. We went to the zoo and took a field trip to an amazing children’s museum. It was 80 degrees on Thanksgiving! February 23, 2010. Here is a glimpse of our 2010 so far. We’ve been visiting museums, seeing friends and family and being sick. Casey is a pro at saying Grandma and just about anything else she wants. Finn is still a big helper around the house feeding the dog, loading the laundry and putting away the silverware. December 30, 2010. Scott somehow finagled the purchase of a new iMac, Apple tv, and a Base Station for Christmas, so we are now up to date with all our wi-fi gizmos. We can stream movies on the tv from netflix and iTunes and control the tv with our iPad. We loved receiving everyones holiday cards and wish you a wonderful and healthy 2011. Big – Little Farm. March 10, 2010. The Little Farm in Tilden Park is a favorite of the kids, for sure!
