Sastojci za 12 mafina. 150 gr brasna (ja sam stavila sledeci odnos: 70 gr jecmenog brasna, 30 gr crnog brasna i 50 gr belog brasna). 1 prasak za pecivo. 3/4 kasicice sode bikarbone. 1 kasicicu surutke u prahu.
