(Best to avoid ordering them on a first date! But I still love 'em. And so does my family. Which is precisely why I was so excited when Paul Courtwright of The Shoreby Club chose "Smokin' Chicken Tacos with Roasted Vegetables and Cilantro Slaw" as his main recipe in my book (see page 50 in the book).
