I am very exicted to have a new partner named Norma. She is from Argentina and in her first week she was able to loose 5 LBS! She is working hard and motivates me to keep going. She is so much fun! Friday, April 22, 2011. She is a great trainer. This past week I bought a "magical cream," supposedly to help reduce our abs. It is made from marine algae, this cream you put on at night but it stinks. I hope this works! Last week I lost a pound, and I hope I keep shedding those pounds. We are almost done with the challenge and we have a month left, regardless I am trying hard so my kids can be proud of their mother, and it is worth the sacrifice that we have all done. Happy Easter!

Friday, May 6, 2011. Good luck to everyone and I want to thank the lady who brought us flowers, I really liked that a lot. I want to thank Tyna for the chocolates in the packet that she gave us, they were from Hawaii and were very delicious! This week our workouts was very extremely hard. Not to mention my baby was sick and he didn't feel well. The exercises that Katrina gave us was hard: the stairs and push-ups, I know it is worth it, and I am going to miss her a lot when the challenge is over!

Yo se que no es mucho pero algo es algo. he cambiado la alimentacion con la nutriologa, y la entrenadora me ha ayudado mucho. Y he aprendido muchas cosas nuevas.
