Thursday, May 30, 2013. So this little man just got back from his 2 week check up and he did great. Even with the Hep B shot that made his face turn the same shade of red that mine did during labor. He also let out that silent scream, you know.the one that is followed by a very loud scream. Good times. Overall he is doing very well and is a growing little peanut. Tuesday, July 30, 2013. The First of Many. We took Cohen to the beach for the first time a few weekends ago and it was awesome. Kirk plans on the beach being a big part of the little nuggets life since he loves it so much. Because Coe can't wear sunscreen until he is 4 months old, he pretty much chilled in his baby hut the whole time, but it was still a great time. All bundled up for the overcast day! Saturday, November 16, 2013. Happy Half Birthday CJS. Cohen turned 6 months old yesterday. We celebrated with a bath, a family lunch at the Habit, a well visit (which included 4 shots) and his first "real food".aka Organic Rice Cereal. 6 month old stats:. Weight 19 lbs 1.5 oz (79%). Height 27.5" (84%). Head Circumference 18" (97%). He laughs pretty much any time any dog is in eyesight). Karis (although she sometimes smothers him, he does not seem to mind). His super cozy orange ("Little Giraffe") blanket.

Thursday, March 28, 2013. Showering Baby Cohen - Round 1. A few weekends ago Grandma Cece and Mom Mom (with the help of the Twin of course) threw me a baby shower. It was mostly family with a few friends peppered in and it was so nice! The details were sweet and thoughtful and it was for sure one of the perks of being preggo. Wednesday, December 4, 2013. It's been about 6 1/2 months.and we have fallen into a pretty regular routine. Wake up between 6:30 and 7:15 am. Play on mom and dad's bed until 7:45 am. Sit in the bumbo on the kitchen counter playing with his sippy cup or a spoon while I do the dishes until 8:00 am. Eat breakfast - solids followed by a bottle by about 8:15 am. Friday, July 19, 2013. A few weeks ago Cohen and I made our first trip to the Long Beach Aquarium. We were both first timers, but we met up with some pros! Jessica and her brood, Mya and her dumplins and of course the twin, David and Karis. Cohen pretty much slept through the entire visit, but it was still a lot of fun! Cohen sleeping through the Puffin exhibit. Sea Lion v. Eli. Man I LOVE this kid! Cohen sleeping through more exhibits. How Cohen feels about sea life. Excited for our next outing!
