Monday, October 12, 2009. The meetings continue, but with some significant breaks; yesterday (Sunday) we passed time in worship, some tourism and (most significantly, perhaps) eating together. Marian's cycling efforts
After cycling from Duncansby Head to Lands End last year and completing my first triathlon, this year the focus is on improving my triathlon performance possibly chucking in the odd cycling or running event as well. Tuesday, 9 November 2010. As usual no updates for a while. I really don't know where the time goes! Must try and make time to update this blog more than every 2 months. Have had a good couple of months, no events completed due to a number of very boring reasons but a fair bit of training done.
