Every Day is Fantastic. Friday, December 31, 2010. Today I went to WEBs yarn store in East Hampton, MA and came home around 2, so after spending an hour updating my yarn stash information on ravelry and searching for patterns I had to make an image and I just couldn't get yarn off the brain, lol. Every Day is Fantastic: May 2011
http://thedailyfantastic.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Every Day is Fantastic. Tuesday, May 31, 2011. It's been a pretty hot and fun filled weekend where I am and my brain is frazzled, all I wanted to make was some StarKidPotter. Fan art.don't know what that is? Well, the short answer is they a musical production company that makes some of the most imaginative, funny and heart felt plays I've seen. I first got into watching them because I found A Very Potter Musical. The picture I drew today illustrates a scene in A Very Potter Sequel. Links to this post.

The watercolor skill I'm actually pleased with the subject just isn't working.maybe I need a new model or something. Links to this post.

Every Day is Fantastic: August 2011
http://thedailyfantastic.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Every Day is Fantastic. Wednesday, August 24, 2011. From the Sketchbook: Persephone. Ever since the first hearing of her story I've had a soft spot in my heart for poor Persephone (I even dressed as her for Halloween one year) and her mother Demeter.even though Persephone unwittingly screws everything up by eating those pomegranate seeds. Okay, I just started with the ending, rewind:. Links to this post. Wednesday, August 3, 2011. Watercolor Wednesday: I'm Just Wild About Saffron. Links to this post.

Every Day is Fantastic: Molly Weasley's Enchanted Knitting Needles...
http://thedailyfantastic.blogspot.com/2011/06/molly-weasleys-enchanted-knitting.html
Every Day is Fantastic. Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Molly Weasley's Enchanted Knitting Needles. It's a bit rough looking but that's on purpose, I wanted it to look more like an old masters painting, like Van Gogh's bedroom studies. Below are two photos, one of the living room in the burrow I used as reference and the other is Van Gogh's bedroom to show you what I mean:. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). http://thedailyfantastic.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Every Day is Fantastic. Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Watercolor Wednesday: A Fantastic Water Balloon. The fish in the balloon idea popped into my head as soon as I saw the pose and when I started drawing the boy he started looking like my husband. My subconscious must have taken over, because my husband has a zany and incredible imagination as an adult, so I can just imagine the things he came out with as a child:. Links to this post. Every Day is Fantastic: Photo-Realistic Birth of Venus
http://thedailyfantastic.blogspot.com/2011/01/photo-realistic-birth-of-venus.html
Every Day is Fantastic. Monday, January 3, 2011. Photo-Realistic Birth of Venus. The idea behind today's post was to take the classic work from Boticelli, his Birth of Venus and reinterpret it as a photo manipulation. I think I was pretty successful.
