Marie-Louise Plum is a British illustrator based in London. Working freehand in pen and ink, Marie-Louise creates creepy characters and fantastical vignettes full of mischief and humour. As well as good ol’ fashioned editorial illustration, Marie has worked on a varied range of projects including a large scale wall piece for Forest Hall in Edinburgh, custom made Moleskine design for Modofly and wooden puzzles (one of which even snuck its way in to the Victoria & Albert Museum, London).

Marielouise Steijaert, kunstenaar Tilburg, schilderijen in felle kleuren met acrylverf.
Mijn naam is Marielouise Steijaert, oorspronkelijk afkomstig uit Graauw nabij Hulst in Zeeuws Vlaanderen en op dit moment woonachtig te Tilburg. Tot 2007 was ik werkzaam als docent, daarna heb ik me gericht op schilderen. Schilderen met acrylverf doe ik het liefst vanwege de heldere kleuren en de vrij korte droogtijd. Landschappen hebben daarbij mijn voorkeur hoewel ik af en toe ook uitstapjes maak naar bloemen en abstract werk. De inspiratie komt van binnen uit. 16/17 and 23/24 september 2017.
