Miss Fit's Fitness Journey. Monday, February 27, 2006. Desperate Times Calls for Desperate Measures. I’m feeling very scattered and very lost. I KNOW. What to do. It’s the implementation that’s killing me. It’s so simple, why do I make it so hard on myself? Why can’t I be disciplined? Why do I allow Peanut Butter to have control over my life? What the heck am I doing? I’m confused as hell and desperate to stop the cycle and move on into full swing mode so I can meet some of my freakin’ goals. Day 9 of 84.

Miss Fit's Fitness Journey. Thursday, March 30, 2006. Things are good with workouts and food, but my thyroid is acting up and I'm EXTREMELY EXHAUSTED. I've been reading all of your blogs, but I'm just too tired to comment (pretty pathetic, huh? I'm too tired to write anything out about my new workout plan and move, too. Just waiting to hear back from my doctor about upping my medicine dosage. so hopefully I'll get some brain power and energy back. For those who completed challenges recently, you ROCK.

Miss Fit's Fitness Journey. Wednesday, November 30, 2005. Did 20 minute HIIT on elliptical again and I’m so glad I finally figured out how to hit my 10 on this thing. It’s a great workout! I’m wondering how long it’ll take me before I can run through a whole song at 10 mph Anyway, I think I ran for about 15 or 20 minutes and burned a total of about 440 calories (HIIT plus steady state). Am I sabotaging my efforts somehow? I’m really trying hard not to think negatively I just felt so inadequate last night.

I took my end of week six photos today but haven’t posted them yet (software is loaded on husband’s computer so I’ll need him to upload for me). Am I pleased with the photos? Do I see a visual improvement? 4x6 27.5 lbs.x 4 reps, 25 lbs. x 2 reps. 5x12 17.5 lbs. DB Fly 1x12 15 lbs. 3x8 17.5 lbs. Reverse Grip Pulldown 1x12 80 lbs. 1 Arm Cross Over. Kickbacks 1x12 10 lbs. M2 oatmeal and protein.
