With only one week with Jamie and Elisa, and two with MB, things continue to fly by at an exceedingly speedy pace. It was roughly 13 pounds and it only took an hour to cook! 160;We found this video for a 45 minute turkey but since we didn't have a meat thermometer we decided to leave it in for and hour to be safe.
