Tuesday, June 16, 2015. I am going to share a technique for making a fun pattern from striped pattern paper! I started with this paper. I cut a strip with one black and one white stripe. I cut that in half so I had two 6 inch strips. I overlapped one of the strips on top of the other, creating a "V". I cut my "V" in half. This is what it will look like.
