This year we went to Richard and DeNae's and combined our family and hers. We had a really good time eating, watching kids play, thankfully it was a nice day and they were able to spend some time outside. Everyone seemed to get along well, children and adults. Some of the young ones playing guitar hero. I've got the blues.

We've been on the road again, in Sandusky, Ohio helping build a church. What a blessed experience that was. Started with an empty slab and ended with a building framed and partially trussed. It was amazing how everyone worked so hard and so well together. Bugs on the wall of a bank, that's a pile of dead bugs on the ground. Bugs on a car.

Luke Adam Kirkpatrick was born today, June 8, 2009. At around 3:45 pm He weighed 7.4 and was 19 1/2 inches long. Proud, tired and thankful mom.
