Sarah DeLong is a signature member of the Iowa Watercolor Society and has won a 1st, 3rd and two 5th place ribbons in their Annual Jury Show. She has exhibited in many shows in Minnesota and Iowa, including the Heritage Gallery in Des Moines. Sandy enjoys putting vibrant colors together and says that art is also a meditation for her. She loves painting on silk! The silk is stretched on a frame and provides a surface for the vibrant colors to be absorbed.
