Maricopa County Total Compensation Department. UBH Assumes Behavioral Health Coverage. Beginning January 1, 2003, United Behavioral Health ("UBH") will assume responsibility for providing behavioral health coverage for Maricopa County employees who are covered by either HealthSelect. UBH's covered benefits are approximately the same as previously provided through CIGNA's subsidiary, MCC. UBH also has a broad provider network.
