Monday, November 16, 2009. Just wanted to toot my own horn for a moment. I painted these dried gourds and made them into ornaments last Friday at our Enrichment night. Let me just say. they may not look like much, but it took me a heck of a long time to finish them. Rick was proud of me, so I'm good! Don't you just love the "Deer caught in the Headlights" look? Monday, May 4, 2009. Our Kid Free Weekend. This year I got to plan the festivities (next year is our 10 year and I wanted Rick to be in charge of that one! Needless to say, it was a perfect place to relax and just enjoy each other. I didn't even have room for dessert and that NEVER happens! Thanks again babe for finding the most perfect eating establishment ever! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention it was on stilts in the ocean and we had a window seat so it seemed like we were out to sea, very cool!
