Mark's rants and raves. Wednesday, December 16, 2009. The music's in me. Today we're at anchor, again. I thought I'd take this opportunity while our main engines are quiet, to take care of some uncomplicated but necessary tasks that I've been putting off. I got the ole MP3 player out ( no, no Ipod yet ) and plugged in the earphones. Why not listen to a little of that rock and roll, I thought? I gave classical music a try and I do enjoy some of it. I've learned that Beethoven was a pretty talented dude.

Mark's rants and raves. Wednesday, July 1, 2015. I admit it, I am not a cook. Tried following various recipes a few times. It never works out. The other day while on the boat I had a hankerin for eggs. I enjoy over easy.or over light eggs. But I can't flip those babies without the inevitable breaking of the yoke. So I cheated and went sunny side up. I think my plating skills are second to none. I was so proud of this plate. That is so simple to most people,. I of course took a picture. I don't get it.

On a brighter note, my hubby and I decided to take our kids to Disney World for the first time. The oldest are still young enough to enjoy it and youngest are old enough to remember it.
