Ella had her first Valentine's party at school. She came home soooo excited to share all of the cards and treats she had gotten. She was able to tell me which card was from each of her friends. She also made her daddy take her to Target to pick out a "fancy" necklace for me! This is the silly picture that I chose, Ella wasn't so sure of it!

The girls went out and in two hours raised over $1,000, and within two days they raised over $2,000 for Wendy's Warriors. With our contribution, Wendy's Warriors raised just over $9,000 for the fight against breast cancer! Julie and Owen ran with Luci and I! It was sooo wet, but both the kids did great! Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Jake, Luci and I had another fun-filled summer weekend! Saturday we headed up the McKenzie to visit Nana and Papa at Holiday Farm RV Park. Luci got lots of love. From Nana and Papa. Jake and I got to relax. The warm weather and the outdoors. Sunday was another wonderful day. It started by Luci and I sleeping in! Then we loaded up the car and headed to meet the Metzgers at Clay Creek to catch some crawdads. Luci and Owen got to hang out down by the creek. Owen was very curious.

We have found our home and it is more of a waiting game now, we will still be providing additional paperwork and signing our lives away. Our closing date is September 2.
