You forget the noise babies make when they are sleeping (much less how hard it can be to get out of bed for that 2 am feed)! The days after she is here I feel like I can do anything, I've even braved two public outings-to the mall and the library, with all 3 kids and am feeling much more confident about getting out and about. Wednesday, July 27, 2011. My family has a tradition of at least once a summer heading out to a campsite and cooking a picnic lunch- specifically hamburgers cooked over a fire on cast iron skillets. It's a tradition I remember fondly as a kid and I'm happy to pass it down to my kids and my siblings kids. Monday, July 27, 2015. Forth of July 2015. We had a great Forth of July as usual. We started the day going to Todd and Rhondas for a delicious breakfast then headed up to the parade. The Mark Rogers Family. Thursday, April 9, 2009. Okay, I feel like such a slacker since I haven't posted in 3 months. It's been hanging over my head but there always seems to be something else demanding my time. Mark deployed 2 weeks ago today and is overseas in the middle east. He is still settling in and isn't sure whether this 4 month stint is going to go fast or slow. Probably a little of both!
