Friday, July 31, 2015. We went for our annual Oceanside California trip but this year we changed it up a little bit. We spent the first half of the week with Wayne's family then on Thursday met up with my dad in San Diego. We all had a great time! Wish we could have spent more time there! Boys riding out to the beach as soon as we arrived. Hailey teaching Cole how to play paddle ball. Cody finally crashing on daddy's lap. We all scream for ice cream! Deciding where to dig his pit. And he dug a good one!

Friday, June 5, 2015. For Memorial Day we decided to take a week long vacation in Colorado. The weather was absolutely wonderful! Since it was so hot in AZ we were so happy to escape to the 60's! I love going up there and just sitting in the beautiful pines listening to the wind blow through the tree tops. Now if I could only figure out a job that would allow us to be able to stay up there for the summers! Out on a hike behind the house. One of the few photos I am in. LOL. The dogs LOVED running free.

Monday, October 13, 2014. We have tried a few times over the passed year or so to show Cole what daddy looks like with all of his fire fighting gear on. He has done great up until the mask goes on then he backs away and becomes unsure. Last night we went to have dinner at the station and Wayne decided to try again. Cole did great! Explaining that it is still daddy and he can still see through the mask. Giving a high five. Cody trying to figure out who he is. Notice Cody is staying back a little ways.

Monday, February 16, 2015. We had lunch and walked around the town square. We then took the boys to a little tiny zoo outside of town. To finish off the day we drove home through Jerome as Wayne had never been. Really neat to see all the houses and businesses built into the side of the mountain. We topped out the night watching Monsters University (the boys favorite movie right now). Shooting and a Movie night. Look mom a plane! All those steps sure where a kid out! After running steps with the boys.

Friday, February 6, 2015. This past week or so has been a little off. Cole got a stomach flu bug which lasted a little over a week. On top of that (after taking him to the doctor) we found out he had something called Fifths Disease (or slapped face fever). He woke up with red marks on his face and it looked like he had been slapped in the face. It was so weird! I think that Cody is going to be our animal lover! You can usually find him around one of the dogs lately. He seems to really like the new pu...

Tuesday, September 16, 2014. The first week of September we took a trip to Durango to rest, recharge and relax. The week flew by so fast! Couple of firsts for the boys. First we found out that Cody loves to climb! Cole got a new bunk bed and we found Cody proudly sitting on the top bunk one morning! Scared us to death! He also got to ride in a Polaris 4 seater for the first time. He seemed to really like that! Playing on the deck together. Sitting with Daddy each morning in the hammock. Start of our hike!

Thursday, December 18, 2014. I'm late posting our Thanksgiving as we have had a lot going on the past few weeks. Family photo at dinner #1. The boys posing for me. We celebrated Cole's birthday with Wayne's family. We also celebrated Wayne's 40th Birthday. So glad I brought my camera for the last family photo we would have with his father! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Wayne and I met on Eharmony a little over 10 years ago. On our first date we knew that we were meant to be together! Blogs that I follow.

Wednesday, March 25, 2015. Wow what a month. Looking back I realize I haven't posted since Valentine's Day! How can a month go by so quickly? Seems like we have been pretty busy over the last month. Here are just a few things that we did. Wayne and I took the boys up to Prescott for the day to enjoy the cooler weather. We ate lunch in town then brought them to a small zoo outside of town before going home through Jerome. Of course I forgot to take pictures of Jerome or the zoo. Looking at the War Memorial.

It is so cute to see them all together! Saturday Grandpa came up and we played and went to grab some lunch. The kids love having you up dad! Cole: I loved Grandpa coming up yesterday. Me: well he loves you very much. Cole: well I love him very much too! Cole also ventured out and tried 2 new things! He absolutely refuses anything dairy!

Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Every year we go up to Durango between Christmas and New Year. This year we had a very nice time as the boys are getting to the age of enjoying the snow. Cole was kinda into it last year but this year all he wanted to do was go out and play and build a snowman! We celebrated my 40th Birthday. Say WHAT? Didn't I just turn 30? The ER nurses and Doc where so nice! We spent our last day wandering around town and visiting the train museum. Playing in the snow. The dogs love the snow!
