Forest Green in Surrey. The tune for 'O little town of Bethlehem' is named after this village. Is the title of a book I have written, about hymn tunes and the places that inspired them. Everyone knows some hymns. But unless you've sung in a church choir you may not realise that hymn tunes have titles, which usually have nothing to do with the words of the hymn.
