Half Iron Man Training. There was an error in this gadget. Friday, September 9. Not really a training day. Just resting and getting stuff ready for the race. Packing all the equipment for the transition setup and making sure that I have tools available to repair any bike issues that may arise. Pam and I have begun discussions on whether we will try to do a full ironman (2.5 m swim, 112 m bike and 26.2 m run). So it will be interesting to see how we do on this race.
