Wednesday, July 4, 2012. Well it's done. It was hot but went ok. Final time was 34:19.7. That equates to 6:52 min/mile. Not nearly as good as last year but good enough for 32 overall and 3rd in my age group. I have to think that the heat played a part in my slower time.
