The ABC's of Kyusho. Monday, January 20, 2014. Kyusho is a dynamic art, yet has to be practiced slowly at first for accuracy, control, and safety, much like anything else that you want to be good at. Back in the 80’s when we first started learning Kyusho, it was practiced in a very static manner. Our opponent / partner would stand there and let us hit them. Take Stomach 5 for example. Once you can find it by touching it, hitting it or simulating the hitting of this point, becomes a skill that is much easier to pull off for real.
