40 Goals: The Big Day
http://markliversedge.blogspot.com/2007/07/big-day-so-big-day-arrived-and-looking.html
Follow the exploits of a forty-something trying to beat father time by setting ambitious goals and striving to achieve them . Wednesday, July 04, 2007. So the big day arrived and looking out of the hotel window at 8am it all looked a bit grim. Rain and charcoal gray clouds were the order of the day. Bugging hell. But hey, it is my birthday. You don't see bib numbers like this in the pro peloton. I had decided that as long as I kept my bpm below 180 I could just keep going. My legs felt good, I was sh...

http://markliversedge.blogspot.com/2009/08/exporting-wko-files-to-csv.html
Follow the exploits of a forty-something trying to beat father time by setting ambitious goals and striving to achieve them . Monday, August 10, 2009. Exporting WKO files to CSV. I've spent *far too long* decoding the WKO. Binary file format. I'm still not there yet. But close enough that all my WKO files (wow, I have so many) can be exported to CSV and played with in MS access and MS excel. It was freakin' difficult. Put it another way, I had to give up decoding via hexdump. Now supports WKO import too.

http://markliversedge.blogspot.com/2015/05/finding-tte-and-sustained-efforts-in.html
Follow the exploits of a forty-something trying to beat father time by setting ambitious goals and striving to achieve them . Sunday, May 17, 2015. Finding TTE and Sustained Efforts in a ride.
