When you order something a simple as a bagel and cream cheese, how can things possible go wrong. Unfortunately, it did today. I have managed to find the dumbest person in RI. As he handed the bag to me, I quickly noticed the rather light weight of the bag was indicating a catastrophic failure in the simple algorithm listed below. 1 place bagel in bag. 2 place cream cheese in bag. 3 hand to consumer.
