Lunch: Chicpea curry with veggies. Supper: Roast beef, gravy, salad. Monday, May 30, 2011. Day 30: Slight Reductions. Body Fat: 17.8%. Total Inches: 134.0. Weight: 147.8 lbs. Which kind of saved me. I sense a sickness coming on so I'll have to see how that affects me tomorrow - I hope it holds off til Thursday morning!
