News, Updates and General Discussion. Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Awhile ago I made a 5 piece collection for an esteemed gallery and this is another follow up piece to that collection. With this piece I was interested to see what an increase in scale would do to it's asthetic and kinetic movement. So a much larger rear finial of 8" was created. A simple coat of boiled linseed oil gives a natural lift to this lovely wood, gently buffed it highlights the occasional ripple. January 27, 2012 at 6:20 AM.

The magazine is full of great useful information and projects, well worth a read. Well this month has been busy with work for galleries and other outlets, added to which some DIY work around the home was needed, not the most fun of things to do in the current weather but I guess it is better than working in the rain.
