Tuesday, December 2, 2008. Uncle Mitch Get's Hitched! August, 2008 - Uncle Mitch and Aunt Stacey (now it's official! Tie the knot in beautiful Winter Park, CO. Marlee got to see snow for the first time (yes, there was snow in August! Ride a chair lift to the wedding site and even went to a rodeo! Keeping warm with Zadie, Dad and Bubie. This altitude sure makes me tired! Dad's hand makes a great pillow and I love this new sling. The city folk on their way into the rodeo. The cutest cowgirls at the rodeo!

He felt safe and secure knowing that I was right there beside him. What an amazing (and scary) feeling to know he puts his trust in me as his mommy. And what a joy to be his mommy. He starts saying. And begins looking outside. Then, when Matt pulls into the driveway, Jake can barely wait for him to open the door and put down his bag. When this boy starts eating spaghetti, he pretty much zones out and focuses only on the food in front of him. Okay, well, he does that at every meal, but he truly LOVES spaghetti. He does.
