Et une montagne de fraises. Et pour qui se demanderait, c'est quoi ça, du yogourt égoutté? Déposer un grand tamis fin au dessus d'un grand bol. Chemiser le tamis de coton fromage ou de deux filtres à café (selon la taille du tamis et la quantité de yogourt à égoutter, vous pouvez choisir l'une ou l'autre des solutions).
