Leg and Shoulders Day. In other words…My favourite day! Today I am going to share with you my workout routine. In order to get the most out of each workout I add weights to them. Make sure you’re lifting weights that you are comfortable with. I was lifting too heavy so I have recently dropped them down a little so that I am able to correct my form. For legs I do 3 sets of 15 reps and for shoulders I do 5 sets of 8 reps. 2376km…Thats just under 15miles! Hope you are all having a Happy Healthy Weekend.

Therefore you are resting the muscles in order for them to heel before there next workout. My partner introduced me to strength training and I do strongly recommend it! Here are a few examples of why Woman should workout like men:. 1 You will be physically stronger. This helps us be more independent meaning we can get on with daily tasks without any assistance of others.
