Sunday, March 31, 2013. These last 3 years have been a life changing journey towards self acceptance and, more importantly, self forgiveness. I've started to like the person I'm becoming. I'm more open with my feelings, more comfortable with telling people how I feel, and slightly less angry at the world. However, I find that I'm still unable to forgive myself. Saturday, June 23, 2012. I thought denial was the worst of the stages of grief. But lately I've been having a real hard time with anger. Sometimes when I get lost in my thoughts, I feel this urge to lash out physically at something or someone. The problem is I don't lash out because I don't know who to lash out at. I don't know who to be angry with. I'm angry with myself. Was I thinking, staying in Milwaukee? MY BROTHER WAS JUST DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER AND I NEVER CAME BACK! God, I'm such a fucking pussy!
