Today was our last day in the USA before we travel down to Peru, and there was no better way to spend it then with a walking food tour of New Orleans! The tour took in the sites of downtown New Orleans and included classic Creole and Cajan cuisine, such as Jambalaya, Gumbo, po’ boys and beignets. It was delicious! Mentally challenging, as well as physically demanding – teamed with amazing scenery.
