Wednesday, July 20, 2011. We have had a busy and productive summer so far! I had the opportunity to run my very first half marathon in Bryce Canyon this year and I LOVED it! It was so fun- -not as hard as I thought it would be, and of course very beautiful! I am obsessed with red rocks- they just make the greens so much greener and the blue sky so much blue-r. Bridger has dreams of winning every Lego contest he sees in his Lego Magazines- so I am constantly taking pictures of all of his original creations. One time he built a fighter jet and asked me to photoshop his hands out of it so that it would look like the jet was flying through the air :). He even stages everything first, Love it! Wednesday, January 4, 2012. Light the Night 2011. We love going to Light the Night! Free hot chocolate and cookies, ice skating, horse drawn wagon rides, visits with Santa- it's the best! Charlotte tried her hand at ice-skating and loved it. As a child of a polish mother, potato pancakes were a staple in my diet, especially around Easter for lent. This past weekend my mother and I made them together and it brought back a lot of memories.
