My life since I Do. For the past 2 weeks, I’ve spent every waking minute of free time researching Indian cuisine and cooking methods. In the past I have tried to make chicken curry as well as saag (spiced spinach), to much disaster and disappointment. The saag came out a mess of stringy spinach floating in a pool of cream, and the curry came out watery and justwrong.
