ICandyQuilts: April 2014
http://candyce54.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
My journey with fiber, quilts and art. Saturday, April 26, 2014. Lots of new modern quilts done and dumpster diving. I have had several WIP quilts that all seem to be bright modern colors. I had a chance to quilt them over the past several weeks and have them all pictured here. See the blue rocker - scored that from a dumpster. It will be great for the garden and large pots of flowers. From five inch squares. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Curved cross hatching quilting. Do Not Touch the quilts.

My journey with fiber, quilts and art. Thursday, May 1, 2014. Tom and I went to two local glades today to see what was blooming. We weren't disappointed. Victoria glade and Valley View glade near Hillsboro were spectacular. The Fremont Leather flower blooms only in these areas and we saw them today! One of my other favorites is the violet - so many color combinations of purples. Another favorite: pussytoes or Indian tobacco. Labels: freemont leather flower. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
