Spring of 2015 marks the beginning of construction on our laundry facility which will have windows overlooking the water. Also in the works is a plan for a 450' lighted pier which will eventually have boat slips available for lease. Corps of Engineers approval will dictate when construction begins. We are continually improving the aesthetics of this naturally picturesque property. We hope you will visit our website as well as our facility often to see what new features we've added.
