The Russell Ranch: My Sweet Valentines
http://therussellranch.blogspot.com/2012/02/my-sweet-valentines.html
Saturday, February 25, 2012. Even though I didn't have a traditional Valentine's Day this year, we certainly enjoyed it! About a week and a half before, we all made Valentine cards for Daddy. Unfortunately, the cadre will literally stomp all over yummy care packages so that'll have to hold out until he gets home! My Mom was sweet enough to do Valentines with the kids for me while I was at the temple the Thursday before. Gabby's (With the full-on cheeser). Look at that loveable, messy face!

The Russell Ranch: Field Artillery Family Day
http://therussellranch.blogspot.com/2012/07/field-artillery-family-day.html
Tuesday, July 10, 2012. Field Artillery Family Day. Benj is the Communications Officer for a Field Artillery Unit. That means we got to go to a fun Family Day where they bus us out to the field and they show off their stuff! I didn't think that Lydia would be too keen on all the noise so she spent the day with Grandma while Will, Gabby, and I got to go! Their favorite part was going into the tanks to take a closer look and sitting in the humvee Daddy was driving that weekend! We sure love our hero!

The Russell Ranch: January 2011
http://therussellranch.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 20, 2011. So, one Family Night, we watched Night at the Museum and I couldn't resist showing how cute they all looked watching it! Doesn't Gabby look thrilled? Even Lydia was enjoying it! And Will decided to serenade us in his underwear! Gotta save that one to show future dates right? Tuesday, January 11, 2011. December, as it is for most, was a busy month. We kicked it off by going to visit Temple Square! Doesn't Gabby look excited? Doesn't look a day older than when I married him!

The Russell Ranch: August 2011
http://therussellranch.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 31, 2011. So, you would think that we would just skip out on Benj's work party since he's still at Basic Training but.we didn't wanna miss out on the fun and we were still invited! So I asked my Mom if she would help me with all the kiddies have some fun! For dinner they had burgers and fries or you could put a plate together from a buffet table. They had a bunch of carnival games and Will's favorite part was the prize he got to pick! It was pretty fun! We all had a really good time!

The Russell Ranch: Easter Fun
http://therussellranch.blogspot.com/2012/05/easter-fun.html
Saturday, May 19, 2012. Easter this year was so much fun! The kids got a nice surprise from the Easter Bunny that morning! He even thought of me and Benj! It was nice to stay home Easter Sunday. Church was great and the kids were excited to wear their new clothes from me and Benj. (See the family pics above to see their outfits) Since we stayed home, I had a chance to make a traditional Easter dinner complete with a honey-glazed ham, funeral potatoes, and homemade rolls! The Russell Ranch: July 2011
http://therussellranch.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 26, 2011. You better believe we are counting down the days till we see Daddy! It's nice to have something concrete to point to when they ask how long till Daddy gets home! We've already knocked down 8 of those chains since I took this pic! You can't see it but the chain ends on our family picture where Benj is. They "kiss him goodnight" (the picture) every night! Wednesday, July 20, 2011. My sweet Gabrielle turned 2 on the 7th! I can't believe how fast the time goes! Gabby is my sunshine!

The Russell Ranch: November 2011
http://therussellranch.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 29, 2011. We got home from California Saturday morning at 3am. That night, we went to my parent's to celebrate with the Z family. We did our own trunk-or-treat and went inside for soup and hot chocolate. My sisters and mom did a little Halloween Bingo. I led the family doing thriller and the monster mash. Will and Tyler were smokin' with their moves! On Halloween, we went to Benj's parents. I got pics of all the kids before we headed out to trick-or-treat. Gabby was a bumblebee. Benj en...

The Russell Ranch: Pinning Ceremony
http://therussellranch.blogspot.com/2012/05/pinning-ceremony.html
Thursday, May 17, 2012. A few weeks after Benj returned home from OCS, it was all made official at his pinning ceremony. These are all the candidates he went with to Ft. McClellan. It's awesome that they all passed! Gabby couldn't resist staying away from Daddy. He was sworn in by Major Cousins where they recite the oath. Benj gave me the great honor of pinning him. That meant a lot to me, considering Benj was the only one to ask his wife to do so! Love love love Benj's parents! They are so proud!
