I spent much of last weekend discussing coffee roasting with friend, and pro-am roaster, Nick Benson in Washington, CT. Among other things I learned:. Is pretty much as good as it gets – unfortunately, they’re no longer made so they get passed along (very occasionally) and Caffe Vita. Has one at it’s Lower East Side, Manhattan location. As an aside, I had learned before from another Nick/coffee-fanatic at Stumptown.
