My Life in Southern Oregon. The view from my yard – looking south toward Mt. Ashland. I need to trim a few trees to give myself a better view. Same direction…from the deck. My bedroom has lots of light, which makes up for the ugly carpet and old-school wood paneling. Added a little color with diversity flags. Trees in bud – yes, it’s spring! The exposure to Shodo, (Japanese calligraphy) during her residency in Nagoya, Japan paved the way toward her interests in Ch’an Buddhism and its relation to painting.

Saturday, July 28, 2012. This girl is adorable, and smokin' hot! We have been family friends for years, and it was so much fun to play catch up. I was honored when her mother called to ask me to take her Senior photos. They happened to be in Utah for several camps so we drove up to Sundance. And spent time roaming around.
