Tuesday, March 20, 2018. Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies. 1 coconut cake mix. 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled. 1/2 cup chopped nuts. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, nuts and chips. Add eggs until well blended. Mix in cake mix. Make into walnut size balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 10-12 minutes.
